BeanSprout 0.1.1: better currency handling

A small but useful import fix.

CSV imports now parse currency symbols other than the dollar sign, and handle European decimal notation - where a comma marks the decimal place and a period groups thousands.

If your bank exports amounts in that format, they now import as the numbers you expect rather than needing correction afterwards.
