BeanSprout 0.1.3: signed and notarized on macOS

A short release, entirely about making macOS trust the app.

BeanSprout for macOS is now signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple. The practical effect is that automatic updates apply properly: the updated version can swap itself in when you relaunch, rather than being turned away by Gatekeeper and leaving you on the old build.

If you previously downloaded an update that never seemed to take effect, this is the release that fixes it.
