BeanSprout 0.3.0: signed Windows builds
Windows installs are no longer flagged as coming from an unknown publisher, and the date picker got noticeably quicker to use.
Signed Windows builds
Windows releases are now code-signed. In practice that means two things: the SmartScreen warning about an unknown publisher is gone when you install, and automatic updates can verify each new version before applying it.
If a build cannot be signed, it is not published at all - an unsigned installer never reaches you.
One-click date selection
Clicking a day in the date picker now applies it and closes the popover straight away, the way the native browser picker behaves. The Apply and Cancel buttons are gone, and Today commits directly.
